Description
This is a combined synopsis solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 13.105, 5.203 (2) (b); 12.212 and 12.3 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, HQ0034-06-T-1051, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This procurement is restricted. All responses from responsible sources will fully be considered. NAICS 334119 Code. This synopsis/solicitation is for COMMERCIAL ITEMS. All items are Brand Name specific: Cisco. Cisco Catalyst 4500 Chassis 10-slot (qty 1); Cisco Catalyst 4500 2800W AC power (qty 2); Cisco Catalyst 4500 Supervisor V2 (qty 1); Cisco Catalyst 4500 Enhanced 48-port (qty 6); Catalyst E-Smart 8x5xNBD Cat 16 (qty 1); Cisco 4 day Authorized Training (qty 1). Ground Freight: FOB Destination. The following FAR Clauses are applicable to this Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Oct 2003) is incorporated by reference. Solicitation Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (Oct 2003) is incorporated with the evaluation factors are based on price and delivery. The government will make a determination of best value based on the lowest priced technical acceptable proposal. This is a Firm Fixed Price ?Best Value? requirement. Contractors are reminded to submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their quote.
