Description

This Announcement is issued on behalf of CH2MHILL under Task Order number 263-M-00-05-00053-00 with USAID/Egypt. The contact point for this RFP is: Pankaj C Patel, CH2M Hill, Cairo, Egypt, Tel: 20-2-795-0411, Fax: 20-2-795-9837, e-mail to: ppatel2@ch2m.com. CH2M Hill invites bids from firms which have professional experience, reputation, financial resources to supply laboratory and other test equipment for the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater in Cairo, Egypt. The items required include: Laboratory spectrophotometers (3 nos), Multi-purpose portable water tester (1 no), Portable DO meters (3 nos), Turbidity meters (12 nos), Leak detection equipment (2 nos), Portable laboratory equipment for water and wastewater (3 nos) and Chlorine repair kits (12 nos). The successful contractor must be able to provide warranty support for all supplied equipment in Cairo, Egypt. All offered items must meet US Source and Origin requirements and be duly licensed for export and use outside the United States. The anticipated award date is June 30, 2006 and the anticipated delivery of the equipment is August 15, 2006. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is available by sending an e-mail to: ppatel2@ch2m.com Subject: IFB 2006-02. Such requests for solicitation document (IFB) must be received by May 31, 2006. The e-mail request must include as attachment a brief profile of the requesting company in English in Microsoft Word or PDF format (not more than 100 KB in size). The completed bid should be mailed as per instructions provided in section ?Submission of bids? under Part A: Instruction to bidders in the solicitation document.
