PRON: AX6F0145, NSN: 1680-01-252-0374, PN: 70500-02152-048, Quantity: minimum 331 / maximum 743 each; 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Ai rframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 40 each, 419 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 267 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 40 each, 279 DACA and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Cage Code 78286 and CR Daniels Inc (Cage Code 15814) because this pa rt requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the p art from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged t o seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which sh all be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
