Description
Project: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Maintenance Dredging, Sacramento and Stockton Deep Water Ship Channels, San Joaquin and Yolo Counties, California. Job Description: Work includes mobilization, dredging, operation and maintenance of upland disposal area(s), and water quality and fish monitoring along the Stockton and Sacramento Deep Water Ship Channels. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanti ty contract with a Base and two Option Years. The maximum dollar amount per year is $4,000,000.00. The estimated cost range for this work is $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. The applicable Federal Supply Code is Z299. The Standard Industrial Code for this work is 1629. The NAICS for this project is 237990. The size standard for this code is $18,500,000 .00. Type of Award: This acquisition is proceeding as an Unrestricted Invitation-for-Bid. Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 Small Business Subcontracting Plan, regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on th e part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are: 51.2% for Small Businesses; 8.8 for Small Disadvantaged Businesses; 7.3% for Women-Owned Small Businesses; 3.1% for HUBZone Businesses; and 1.5% for Service Disable d Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Solicitation Issue: Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about 18 May 2006. W91238-06-B-0004. Offers are anticipated to be due on or about 19 June 2006 (approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation).
