The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, BAMC Branch, intends t o negotiate and award a sole source services contract to the University of Texas, a non-profit institution, to provide predoctora 1 fellowship research services at the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
