Description: The rental facility loacted at Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center, Williamsburg, Virginia is required to provide rental facility which shall be utilized for one Personal Growth Retreat (PGR), one Single Sailor Retreat (SSR), one Character Development Retreat (CDR), and one Family Enrichment Retreats (FER) for the Spiritual Fitness Division, Mid-Atlantic Region (SFD MIDLANT). The retreat will be conducted under the supervision of the on-site chaplain. The facility shall be within 50 mile radius of Norfolk, Virginia. A firm Fixed price contract for base year and one option year period is anticipated and required by the Spiritual Fitness Center, Norfolk, Virginia.
