- Description
- RFP UPDATE - PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT INFORMATION. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., 9 Feb 06, at the Hilton Kuwait Resort. Participants will meet in the lobby of the hotel at 8:45 a.m. Conference will be held in the Burgan Room. A site visit will follow at Kuwait International Airport (KWI). Prospective offerors are required to provide their own transportation from the hotel to the entry control point (ECP) at KWI. Bus transportation will be provided from that point until return to the ECP. Contractors shall provide the names and social security numbers of each person who will be attending the conference to Tamara Schuette at Tamara.Schuette@scott.af.mil NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS 31 JAN 06. Space is limited so each contractor is limited to 2 attendees. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2006).
