Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to negotiate a sole source agreement with Enovation Technical Solutions & Support, Inc., of Hanover Park, IL for maintenance agreement for one (1) Fuji Javelin thermal 8- page Plate Setter that includes one (1) Fuji FLHH85P plate processor and one (1) Nita Conveyor which transport the plate between the Javelin and the processor especially designed for prepress imaging projects. Additionally, it facilitates the repair process by eliminating long down times. This is not a request for proposals. Enovation Technical Solutions & Support, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing maintenance for the required equipment. A justification for other than full open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. The determination not to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. It is anticipated that a sole source purchase order will be awarded as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABE. Closing date is May 25, 2006.
