Description

Sources sought for abdominal aortic aneurysms endovascular stent graft system. This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources that can supply an endovascular graft ancillary kit. Kit must include a wide size range of iliac extensions. Components of the ancillary kit must be able to be used with any other brand of graft already implanted. Kit should provide endograft components that address intraoperative complications or unexpected arteriographic findings. Ancillary kit must be able to treat patients requiring leg extensions, main body extensions, and have a converter and plug for conversion to an Aorto Unilateral Iliac Graft. Kit shall be approved by the FDA to be used as a repair tool for all endografts currently on the market. Specifications _ contains a three (3) part modular system designed to fit any patient. Main body size shall range from approximately 22mm to 32 mm in diameter. Leg grafts shall range in size from approximately 8mm to 24mm in diameter. Suprarenal fixation _ first stend of main body consists of an uncovered stainless steel stent with bars which embed into the aorta wall, resulting in zero migration. Replacement pieces for the kit must be available and are included as part of the proposed contract.. Prospective sources are invited to submit clear and convincing technical data substantiating their ability to meet this need. In addition, sources shall state if the items is on GSA or FSS contract.
