Description

Sole Source Synopsis The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of one (1) Spiralift Electro Mechanical Scissors Lift Table on a sole source basis with Autoquip Corporation located at 1058 west Industr ial Road in Guthrie, OK 73044-6046. The Spiralift Electro Mechanical Scissors Lift Table will be used in cohesion with the Linatron system in the radiographic facility located at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG). The Spiralift is the only produc t of this type compatible in form, fit and function with the Linatron System. Currently, only Autoquip Corporation holds the patent for this particular Spiralift. Pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13, this acquisition will be made under the Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333319 with a size standard of 500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. If you feel that your f irm possesses the ability to provide this product, interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Governments requirement by 12 May 2006, 5:00 PM noon MST.
