Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, intends to specify Meridian Systems, Inc., Anchorage, Alaska, as the sole-source provider for the software integration of the Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System in the F-22A LO Maintenance Facility , currently under solicitation (W911KB-06-R-0009), and Elmendorfs base-wide Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) under FAR6.302-1(c), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements/Application for Bra nd Name Descriptions. As custodian of the Elmendorf EMCS, Meridian Systems, Inc. provides unique access to and understanding of the base-wide remote building HVAC monitoring and control (EMCS).
