Description

AIRCRAFT RESEARCH SUPPORT FACILITY NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, PATUXENT RIVER MARYLAND (DESIGN-BUILD ACQUISITION) Factor 5 under Phase II is now Factor 6, and is changed to read as follows: FACTOR 6 - Design Intent. 15% schematic design for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection will be included in the solicitation. Factor 6 under Phase II is now Factor 7, and is changed to read as follows: FACTOR 7- Construction Schedule. Information pertaining to a Phase I site visit will be posted during the week of 8 May 2006 to the FEDBIZOPS webisite, via an amendment to this Synoposis/Solicitation. All other terms and conditions previously posted and not changed via this amendment are still applicable. Offerors are reminded to not respond to Phase II Factors at this time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAY-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
