- NAICS Code: 334516 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to Entech Instruments, Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS Code for this purchase is 334516. This is a total small business set-aside. The purchase is for: 1) 01-7101A1 Replacement Model 7100A, 3-Stage Preconcentrator and SmartLab Network for existing air analysis system; 2) 01-3100A - 3100 Canister Cleaning Module, SmartLab control module + HV pump for existing cleaning operation; 3) 01-90-84600 - 4600 Upgrade Kit to SmartLab 2 network for existing dynamic diluters; and 4) M02 Installation. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1 in that Entech Instruments, Inc. is the only known source for this acquisition. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the required products are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contract Specialist within 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are not being requested and a solicitation will not be issued.
