Description
REQUIREMENT: The US Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for flex space in San Francisco, CA. Existing Lease No. LCA01050 will expire on June 30, 2006 and the Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous to relocate. Space must yield no less than 8,695 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet of storage space. There is no parking requirement. Offered space must be in close proximity and within convenient access to the Court House located at 7th & Mission. Building must be secure due to proprietary nature of the stored material. Building must also have a loading dock, access to a freight elevator, partitions, a security system (preferably with motion detectors), and a climate-controlled environment so stored contents are not subject to damage due to environmental conditions, such as humidity, cold, or wet. In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and any other special requirements. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired by July 1, 2006. DELINEATED AREA: Within a four (4) city block radius of 375 Alabama Street. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. To submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, Monday, May 15th. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, percentage of common area factor, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space, and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
