- SOLICITATION IS REVISED FROM A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO A 100% HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS ESTIMATED TO BE MAY 15, 2006. NSN 3120-01-252-9712. Spacer, Hub, Track Support. ?Export Control Item.? Export control technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN and will be released only to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center (DLIS). Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet address http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. Internet address is www.dlis.dla.mil. Identify to MIL-STD-130K, dated 15 JAN, 2000. Critical application item. PLT 168 DARO. Soliciting for a ?C? contract. A 100% option quantity will be included.
