Description

This amendment is to clarify that this a notice of intent to award. The award will be made using simplified acquistion procedures. This sole source is based the vendor's foundation work on with the Office of Information Technology-CDER with leadership coaching and strategic facilitation for approximately 3 years. His initial work and involvment in the work design support this stratgey. The Office of Information Technology (OIT), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has the need for expert assistance in the areas of knowledge management and communication plan development, leadership coaching and strategic facilitation. The purpose is to build a more comprehensive structure to address strategic and operational organizational issues within CDER OIT. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) plans to issue a contract for Leadership Executive coaching services to assist CDER OIT in their strategic development plans. The contract is to start upon delivery and is being issued to the following vendor as a sole source. Leadership Perfromance Solutions, Inc. 1900 Stamford Lane Austin, TX 78703 There will be no other notices pertaining to this combined notice. The anticipated date of award is 17 May 2006
