Annual Quantity = 12,914 units Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Delivery shall be to various DLA Distribution Depots within CONUS. Delivery Schedule: 3,750 units in 60 days + 30 days for each additional 1,875 units All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): ( X ) 1, ( ) 2, ( ) 8, ( ) 9, ( ) 12, ( ) 13, ( ) 22, ( ) 23, ( ) 24, ( ) 25, ( X ) 26, ( ) 27, ( ) 28. This is a re-opening of solicitation SP0750-06-R-4087 which originally closed on April 13, 2006. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on an approximate issue date of May 22, 2006. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Amendment #1 is to be issued to incorporate changes to the original solicitation. The new closing date for the solicitation is 1 PM June 21, 2006.
