- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of the Coordinator for International Intellectual Property Enforcement (IIPE) intends on awarding a contract for the development and production of an annual report articulating the efforts and success of the National Intellectual Property Law Enforcement Coordination Council. The contractor will focus on analyzing current efforts of a variety of Federal agencies, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Justice Criminal Division, Department of State Economics, Business and Agricultural Affairs, USTR, Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection Bureau and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and FBI. The Consulting Services Solicitation Number is SA1301-6-RQ-0028. This procurement will be a negotiated, fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract set-aside 100% for small business participation. This contract will consist of a base period and two one-year option periods. The Government will make only one award for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date is 26 May 2006.
