- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement c onstitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912l7-06-T-0006 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is being advertised as a small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) C ode is 721110 with a Small Business Size Standard of six million, five-hundred thousand dollars ($6,500,000.00) per year. All responsible sources determined to be a small business by the Small Business Administration may submit an offer, which shall be con sidered by this Agency. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, FAR 252.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, F AR 252.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. Quotes are due in this office no later than Wednesday, May 10, 2006, close of business four thir ty (4:30) p.m. local central standard time. They can be emailed to Randal.Halbrooks@tn.ngb.army.mil or facsimile to 615-313-2659. Offers will be evaluated using the evaluation criteria outlined in FAR 13. The award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government. The evaluated non-cost factors for this acquisition shall be sufficiency, and availability. Past Performance will not be an evaluation factor in this acquisition. Point of Contact referencing this solicitation is Ra ndal Halbrooks at 615-313-0781. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are to provide lodging for soldiers conducting annual training at The Volunteer Training Site, Building 250, Smyrna, TN 37167-2055. Lodging must be within twenty-five (25) mil es of the annual training site in Smyrna, TN to be considered as sufficient for this requirement. 0001 Double occupancy rooms the period of May 12, 2006 through May 12, 2006, a quantity of twelve rooms will be required for this period. 0002 Double occupanc y rooms for the period of May 13, 2006 through May 26, 2006. Forty-three (43) rooms per day for a period of fourteen (14) days for a total of six hundred and two (602) rooms. Vendors who respond to this solicitation should provide a price per room and a to tal price for all rooms during this period of performance. Please provide Dun and Bradstreet number, tax identification number and CAGE code with quote.
