Description
YPG06102000741, NSN 3433-01-525-7216, Kit, Torch Repair, in accordance with L & M Welding Supply, Cage 1HJ95, Part Number 0558004688. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price contract with a 100% quantity option. The base quantity is 158 kits with an option for an additional 158 kits. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 38 DARO. The stock delivery locations are New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA . Solicitation may be available for issue on or about May 25, 2006 and close on or about June 26, 2006.
