SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement onlyThis is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvanage, service disabled veteran owned business and small business relative to NAICS 621610, size standard $12.5M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Birmingham,700 S. 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide home infusion services to the VAMC Birmingham, Alabama. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 2 option years. Responses to this sought must include 1. Point of Contact, 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone & Fax numbers, 5. Email address, and 6.
