Description
Synopsis: This is a fixed-price repair contract applicable to the AYQ-12 System. The following items are to be put on contract for repair under this Requirements type contract: NSN 6130-01-416-7178CX P/N 6237655-2 BEQ 7EA, NSN 7025-01-108-9750 P/N 6379405-6 BEQ 1EA, NSN 1280-01-512-1505AY P/N 214A000-11 BEQ 1EA, NSN 6130-01-089-1889CX P/N 6237655-1 BEQ 1EA, NSN 5998-01-323-8292CX P/N 6237650-7 BEQ 1EA, and DATA. This contract will cover a basic contract period plus two one-year options. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 24 MAY 06 with the approximate response date of 23 JUN 06. The buyer is Jason J. Dozier, WR-ALC/752 CBSSS/PKC, 380 RICHARD RAY BLVD, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. Telephone 912-926-7055, FAX 912-926-7545/7530, e-mail: jason.dozier@robins.af.mil. THIS ACQUISITION IS SOLE SOURCE TO: Lockheed Martin Corp, CAGE: 03640. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
