PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. DRAWINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL FULL SOLICITATION IS ISSUED WHICH IS ESTIMATED TO BE May 26, 2006. DESC: Retainer Assembly, NSN 1015-12-192-1621, Part Number 12529550. Retainer Assembly contains several parts, Case , Latch, Pins, Screws, Springs and Key. Case Matl 34C Max AISI Carbon Steel or Alloy Steel. Approx 82.5 lg 36 wide X 59.5 top diameter. The contract will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a guaranteed minimum of 240 ea ch. FOB DESTINATION. End use is the ABRAMS Tank. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the is sue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligatio n and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
