Description: The Government intends to award a Cost Type Fixed Fee Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source to Michigan Technological University. The services bei ng sought are for technical support for research and development to explore the potential combinations of RFID Tags data, geolocation data, sensor data, and communications networks to enable information dominance and decisive lethality for the networked Wa rfighter. Place of performance shall be at Michigan Technological University. The period of performance shall be four years. Solicitation and all attachments to this request for proposal will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry Page (ASFI) at https ://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about fifteen (15) days after this notice is posted. All parties interested in doing business with CE-LCMC are invited to access, operate and send and receive information from the ASFI. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
