Description

The work consists of furnishing plant, labor, materials and equipment for the repair of existing expansion, contraction joints in the Arkabutla Lake overflow spillway. Principal features of work include removal and disposal of existing joint materia l, preparation of joints for new material, installation of new joint material, clean up of work area, using the Government-furnished software (RMS) for electronic exchange of information and management of the contract (See Section 01312 QUALITY CONTROL SYS TEM), and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds.gov. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check this web page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 24 May 2006.
