Description

THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. This work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and constructing stone bank paving at various locations on the banks of the Mississippi River between Miles 616 and 326 A.H.P. Principal f eatures of the work include mobilization and demobilization; grading, excavation and slope dressing; stone bank paving; using the Government-furnished software (RMS) for electronic exchange of information and management of the contract; and environmental p rotection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications are available at http://www.fedteds.gov/ on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) Web Page. Bidders may register on the Intere sted Vendors List (IVL) at http://www2.fbo.fedteds.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the FEDTEDS webpage often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to exi sting ones. Issue date on or about 30 May 06.
