- Description
- The United States Government desires to lease approximately 2,399 rentable square feet which must yield 2,087 to 2,191 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space. The space must be contiguous and located on one floor. The delineated area includes the entire City of Auburn, New York. Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the fifth year. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
