MODIFICATION NUMBER 1 for Solicitation FDA1015159 The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received. Any additional questions must be submitted in writing no later than c.o.b., Tuesday, April 4, 2006, Questions and Responses: (1) Is there a planned follow-on to this activity after the October 16 date and is there a current incumbent. No, there is no planned follow on activity. (2) Is there an incumbent currently providing these two positions, or is this a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, can you kindly provide their name and are they a SDVO? No, there is no incumbent. (3) It is unclear if the two personnel included in the solicitation below will be required onsite. Can they work remote? No, not for this assignment. (4) If they are required to work at an office in Rockville, MD, is it the same address (5630 Fishers Lane, Room 2129) as noted in the CO addresses? Yes, the place of performance is 5630 Fishers Lane Rockville, Maryland (5) Is this a 40 hour a week requirement, M-F, 7:30-4:30? Yes, the expected number of hours per week – 40. The expected duration of this assignment is April 12 - October 13, 2006. (6) Please extend the due date for receipt of proposals from April 6, 2006 to April 21, 2006.
