Description

The USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for the Dry dock repair of the USCGC KISKA (WPB 1336). The cutter will be available for performance from 13 September 2006 through 31 October 2006. The work may include, but is not limited to Production Control, Gantt Bar Chart Provide; Hull Plating Underwater Body Inspect; Hull Plating, Underwater Body Ultrasonic Testing; Appendages (Underwater) Preserve, Internal; Voids (Non-accessible) Preserve, Internal; Stiffener Renewal; Forepeak Modification; Sewage Tank Repair; Engine Room Soft Patch Hatch Renewal; Propulsion Shaft Seals (Mechanical) Inspect and Clean; Propulsion Shaft Bearings (External) Check Clearances; Propeller Clean/Inspect; Fathometer Transducers General Maintenance; Flexible Reach Rod Valve Deck Access Box Renewal; Air Conditioning Upgrade; Sea Strainers (All Sizes) Overhaul; Sea Valve (<=2.5 inches) Renewal; Sea Valve (>2.5 inches) Overhaul; Potable Water Valve Renewals; Rudders Inspect and Repair; Fin Stabilizers (General) Maintenance; Single Point Davit and Hydraulic Pump Renewal; Sewage Holding Tank Clean and Inspect; Sewage Holding Tank Vent Piping Repair; Pilothouse Window Renewal; Hull Plating, Underwater Body Preserve Partial; Rudders (Exterior) Preserve; Temporary Services, Dry Dock Provide; Sea Trials; Dry Docking Accomplish.
