- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a contract for Nebraska's Hazardous Waste Container Program. This Request for Quotation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The objective of this RFQ is to competitively award a contract to secure a contractor who is qualified by federal, state, and local laws to perform the pick-up of hazardous waste from state and local law enforcement storage container sites. The RFQ can be found on DEA's Acquisition webpage located at www.dea.gov (click on Jobs, then Acquisitions and Contracts, then Open Solicitations). Hardcopies of RFQ will NOT be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
