THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR COMMERICAL ITEMS IAW THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6. The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Division at Lackland AFB TX intends to award a Purchase Order to Cloud Shield, 212 Gibraltar Dr. Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1324 on a Sole Source Basis (due to proprietary information, which is protected by copyright laws), pursuant to FAR 13.5, for software Maintenance. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED. BRAND NAME REQUIRED: Cloud Shield. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with the acquisition is 334290, 750 employees. Delivery: FOB Destination. Delivery and acceptance points will be Air Force Information Warfare Center, 404 Greig St. Bldg 178 (C Gann) ATTN: Mr. Sam Birch, San Antonio, TX. Contractors must register with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), or risk having their proposals declard non-responsive. ORCA replaces most paper-based certs and reps. http://orca.bpn.gov/ is the address to register your company Reps & Certs. It will be effective for one year or until your company changes its information. The appliction will take 24 hours to become effective for purchasing offices to view.
