Description: This Announcement is not a Request for Proposals. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate and award a follow-on Sole Source Contract with BKI, DEI & Shaw Coastal (previously known s CEEC). This contract is needed to satisfy lessons lear ned Post-Katrina criteria changes to the Preparation of Design Report and Preparation of Plans and Specifications for Construction of West Bank and Vicinity, Hurricane Protection Project West of Algiers Canal, East of Harvey Canal Floodwalls, Contract 3, f or the New Orleans District, and to avoid duplication of cost and unacceptable delays. The A-E shall utilize the previously submitted ROW maps and P&S drawings to their fullest extent, with the exception of any changes that may be required to satisfy crit eria changes.
