Description

To: All recipients of Prospectus SEKI001 to operate two Pack Stations and a Riding Stable at the Cedar Grove, Grant Grove, and Mineral King areas within Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The following question was submitted regarding the Prospectus issued for a Concession Contract at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Question 1: On the first page of the Pro Forma Income Statement in the Proposal Package the heading lines are blacked out. On the second page of the Proposal Package the blacked out line appears to be a valid total line, is this correct. NPS Response: Please fill in the "Total Fixed Expenses" line on the second page of the Pro Forma Income Statement in the Proposal Package, this line should NOT have been blacked out and is a valid total line.
