Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Acquisition Contracts Office plans to contract by other than full and open competition for the purchase of Commercial Satellite, Indian Remote Sensing Data and Downlink Services from Space Imaging LLC. This is a new contract for the continuation of services. The contract duration period is one base and three option years. NGA request Low/Medium Resolution Commercial Satellite Imagery for Landcover & Geocover, Water/Land Interfaces, and other Multi Spectral usage. Low/Medium Resolution Imagery supports Country Database updates, Vegetation Overlap on Geospatial Products, and support strategic initiatives. In addition, IRS 1-C/1-D and RESOURCESAT-1 data, IRS 1-D downlink services, and derived products are currently used by the Eagle Vision program (EV) in the execution of NGA’s vital mission support of its internal and external customers.
