Description
Description: See numbered notes 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2990-01-496-4023, PIPE EHAUST. (STAINLESS STEEL), being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12469361 and all related data. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) is required. Total quantity required 320 each with 160 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 160 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 5/25/06. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD or at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is for 160 each to be delivered in 240 days and 160 each every 30 days thereafter until complete with the FAT required and 160 each in 120 days with another 160 each every 30 days thereafter until complete with FAT waived. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
