Description

***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in FedBizOpps is June 1, 2006**** Project consists of construction of wire-faced (welded wire) retaining wall, excavation and rebuilding of road fills for stabilization, culvert installations, brushing and asphalt paving. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform to the Statement of Work. The project can be located as follows: From Sweet Home Oregon, proceed east approximately 3 miles to the Quartzville County Road 912. Proceed approximately 25 miles to the Willamette Forest Boundary and the beginning of Forest Road 11 which is the beginning of the project. From Detroit Oregon, proceed east on Highway 22 for approximately 20 miles to Forest Road 11 and the end of the project. This project is on the Willamette National Forest, Detroit Ranger District, Marion and Linn County, Oregon. The estimated cost range for this project is between 250,000 and 500,000. This project is a total HUBZone Small Business Concern Set-Aside. Offers from other than certified HUBZone contractors will not be considered. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days.
