Description

The vendor shall provide digital video projection system, closed-circuit HDTV monitors, computerized character generator, and enhanced audio system for the Federal Duck Stamp Contest to be held on October 6-7, 2006 in Memphis, TN at the Memphis College of the Arts auditorium. The purpose of the audio/visual system is to provide simultaneous viewing of the contest entries by the public in the auditorium and the judges who are located in voting carrels on stage. Vendor shall coordinate installation of their equipment with the Memphis College of the Arts and Duck Stamp Office Staff. Request for Quotation Number 982106Q008 will close May 31, 2006, all proposals must be received electronically through http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
