Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award a sole source contract in the amount of $151,000.00 to Boonton Electronics Corporation, 25 Eastmans Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054 for the procurement of ten (10) Modulation Analyzers (Model 8201-S/3) used to calibrate and maintain the RT-CASS. The analyzers were designed into the RT-CASS infrastructure and are controlled by software code, firmware configuration, and hardware interfaces that provide the automated operation of the RT-CASS calibration processes. Boonton Electronics has proprietary rights to the design of these units including the software protocol. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
