Description

This sources sought is a request for information prior to drafting and releasing any resultant solicitation. The information contained in this sources sought notification is based on the best and most current information available to date, is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Any significant changes will be provided in a subsequent synopsis, if required. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is seeking potential sources capable of provide Personnel and Translation/Interpretation Services to provide support services and technical assistance to the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) mission, an element of the Defense Cooperation Security Agency (DSCA), located at the National Defense University. The Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA), an element of the Defense Cooperation Security Agency (DSCA), is responsible for developing civilian and military specialists in defense and security matters by providing graduate level programs in defense/security planning and management, executive leadership, civilian-military relations and interagency operations. The Center conduct: programs in the United States and in the NESA region and academic research as well as maintains contact with graduates and provides curriculum-related assistance and continuing education through the Internet and other informational and educational tools. The contractor will assist the government team in the design and implementation of a program that will enable the NESA Center to conduct programs of approximately 400 participants on an annual basis.
