Description

The US Bankruptcy Court of Rhode Island intends to purchase and have installed local dial tone and trunk services with digital and analogue facilities. The Contractor shall furnish labor and materials to perform all the work required for the complete and prompt execution of everything described herein at the prices stated on the quote form in Attachment B. The Contractor shall furnish the services and facilities that are called for in strict accordance with the conditions, requirements, and specifications of this contract, including the incorporated technical proposal of the Contractor, as accepted by the Government. All references to time of day in this document are in Eastern Standard Time. The specified DS1 facilities with the digital trunks shall be connected to Telephone System located on site to provide local, regional, and long- distance dial tone service for the Courts. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS The Contractor shall provide local loop, local transport, and local access services, as applicable, to the specific service offering. This includes Intra-LATA transport services for connectivity between the Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) central offices (CO), toll offices, Inter-Exchange carriers, and the Federal Government?s FTS2001 Network (Sprint). The service delivery point for all services shall be extended from the building POE (Point of Entry) to the specified location. The Local Carrier shall supply all facilities and services with installation, acceptance testing, and documentation in the quantities specified at each location specified in Appendix B ?Pricing Schedule for Services?. The Local Carrier shall specifically identify any services being offered as a reseller or using leased facilities.
