Description: The Administrative Operations Assistant will report to the Operations and Management Team Leader or his/her designee, in the Office of Transition Initiatives (DCHA/OTI). He/she has responsibility for daily administrative operations, supplies, financial assistance and records management for OTI program-funded staff worldwide. In addition the Administrative Operations Assistant will provide backup support to the OTI Travel and Transportation Specialist, the OTI HR Specialist, and OTI Financial Management Specialist in their absence. Multiple Positions. The candidate given the highest rating by the selection committee will be offered a 5-year contract. Other candidates selected that do not receive the highest ranking will be provided with 11.5 month contract (s).
