- This is a synopsis/quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation. A written quotation will not be issued. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is requesting a firm fixed price quotation to provide monthly armored transportation service at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Detention and Removal Operations, 300 North Los Angeles Street Room 2204 Los Angeles, CA 90012. Contractor shall meet the following Government requirements: 1) Be a licensed armored service, to include all necessary permits and licenses required by Federal, State or local Government; 2) Ability to provide service for the Period of Performance of 07/01/2006 through 06/30/2007 with four (4) one year option periods; 3) Past Performance, the quoter shall provide a list of current and past contracts performed within 3 years and include points of contact (name, phone number, email address) for each contract referenced. The quoter shall submit the following for consideration: (1) a narrative including and addressing the above Government requirements; (2) Past Performance, and (3) a firm fixed unit price per month for the base year and each option year. The Government will award on an all or none basis. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factors of: (1) Availability to meet the Government?s requirements; and price. Additional FAR clauses apply: 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (1day, 1 day); 52.232-19 Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year. Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09.
