Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, etc. to perform mammography services to eligible Veterans referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, DC (VA). No services to be provided without written authorization from Fee Basis Section at the VA on form 10-7079, "Request for Outpatient Services". Charges not to exceed Medicare rates. The contract will be for a period of one year with one one-year option up to a total of two years.
