Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-06-Q-0327 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed-priced order incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 2006-0412. The NAICS code is 334515 for this acquisition with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Item includes Pulse Pattern Generator: 12.5 GHz pulse pattern generator with 12.5 GHz synthesizer (Quantity 1). Must meet specifications shown in the attached PDF file. Quote FOB Destination and include warranty terms. A single vendor must furnish all items. Partial awards will not be considered. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies; provide with your quotation all the data requested by FAR 52.212-1. 52.212-3 is applicable. Failure to do so may eliminate you from consideration for award. Award will be made based on price. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Dev), apply to this acquisition. Quoters are encouraged to submit their quotes utilizing the SF1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items.
