- Description
- This requirement is for a 5-year, firm-fixed price, Requirements-type Indefinite-Delivery contract for five configurations of borescopes. This acquisition is for the following NSNs: 6650-01-529-6717 (6mm video borescope with measuring capabilities), 6650-01-529-6718 (4mm video borescope with measuring capabilities), 6650-01-529-6719 (6mm video borescope without measuring capabilities), 6650-01-529-4373 (6mm swing prism borescope), and 6650-01-525-7370 (6mm video borescope with working channel and measuring capabilities). This requirement will consist of one basic period of 12 months and 4 annual options. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) encompassing all NSNs, listed in order of the Ordering Periods, are as follows: 114 EA, 313 EA, 276 EA, 229 EA, and 195 EA. There is no minimum or maximum order amount established. FAR 12 procedures will be employed with first production units required. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will utilize the Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) procedures, and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the ?Evaluation Basis for Award? provision in the RFP.
