Description

The US Army Contracting Agency Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center  West requires non-personal Information Technology (IT) services for classified, unclassified and coalition systems for elements of the United State s Army Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Army Signal Command (NETCOM/9th ASC), 1st Signal Brigade/US Army Theater Network Operations Security Center Korea (TNOSC-K) mission and its supported customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including federal holidays. IT support will consist of installing, operating, administering, and maintaining various network management and security monitoring systems, operating systems and network application systems installed in the TNOSC or main tained by the TNOSC at various sites. The contractor shall support the TNOSC by developing, implementing and administering services within the Enterprise to include four major Army networks identified as: a.) Unclassified but Sensitive Internet Protocol R outer Network (NIPRNET), with approximately 30,000 users and the expectation for minimum growth, b.) Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) with approximately 400 users and expected growth to over 4,000 users, c.) Republic of Korea/US (ROKUS), Releasable Internet Protocol Router Network (RIPRNET) coalition network with minimum users and expected growth to over 4000 users, and d.) Theater Isolated Management-Wide Area Network (TIM-WAN). The primary place of performance is Camp Walker, Daegu, Ko rea with off-site and remote assistance for systems maintained by the TNOSC at various sites. The location may change based on mission requirements. The government is contemplating an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantify (IDIQ) contract for a base yea r plus four option years. Estimated yearly labor hours is 55,680. The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposal is o/a 27 May 2006.
