Description

This amendment is being issued to extend the offer due date and to add the DFAR Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (JUN 2005). The offer due date currently reads: 11 May 2006, 4:00pm local time, and is amended to read: 12 May 2006, 12:00pm local time. Add the DFAR Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program to the Combined Solicitation / Synopsis. No other changes are authorized unless processed through the NVARNG Contracting Officer. The solicitation is extended and the offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one fo the following methods: 1 - By completing Items 8 and 15 and returning 1 copy of the amen dment after obtaining a copy from the USPFO for Nevada P & C Office, (Cheryl Fitch 775-887-7865), 2 - by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of offer submitted or 3 - by a seperate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the soli citation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
