Description

This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for all services necessary required to carry out the design, supply and testing of equipment, construction, installation and commissioning activities necessary to provide new, fully functional 132kV line for ET-700 GBAZH-084 Dahuk - Aqra 132kV Double Circuit OHL The estimated magnitude of this construction effort is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. NOTES FOR SUBMITTED PROPOSALS: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 2. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 3. Offerors may submit more than one proposal. 4.
