Description

NOWATER CROSSING REPAIR - The Contractor shall: BASE BID - Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for Government furnished property, to reconstruct the crossing of the East Fork of Nowater Creek on BLM Road 1404, the Nowater Trail Road. ADDITIVE A - Provide and install sheetpiling for erosion control on the upstream bank of the crossing. ADDITIVE B - Provide and install sheetpiling for erosion control on the downstream bank of the crossing. ADDITIVE C - Clear, grub, transplant trees, and excavate (common) an area of approximately 13,000 square yards. The work is located in Wahsakie County, Wyoming. This requirement is 100% HubZone Set-Aside. ). The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about May 29, 2006. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
