- PRESOLICITATION: : The project work location is offshore of Gulfport, MS (Harrison County) and Mobile, AL (Mobile County). The project work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to replace three range light structures and/or towers for the following locations: Gulfport Upper Reach Inbound Rear Range Light in Gulfport, MS and Mobile Point Range Front Light. Contractor shall also remove the existing Mobile Point Range Front structure prior to installation of the new structures. Contractor shall also dispose of existing range structure and salvage the aids to navigation equipment which shall be returned to ANT Mobile. Navigational equipment including day-boards will be Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $31 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the above solicitation number on or about 26 May 2006. Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal. In order to upload your Reps & Certs to ORCA, you must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
